Muscles of Iron, NERVES of steel, inside which the Mind of the material of which the thunderbolt is made….but mera mind body disquietude to ab bhi challenge hai. I deed: Calling for peace. Nam smaran. Prayer. Concentration. Listen to your guidance EVERY DAY. Occasionally visit VVN AUROBINDO ASHRAM. DO deep breaths exercise intermittently. Do remember and offer as I become aware. Read infrequently 🌸🌹🌏🌌♾️

The difficulties are there but the Grace is also there and in proportion to our difficulties.

Remember the Divine Mother and offer all you are and do. 

Have faith and all will be done in due course of time.
