Do such beings right now exist on earth? And such yogis who could distinguish them exist right now? Do such beings right now exist on earth? And such yogis who could distinguish them exist right now? 

There are such beings right now but they don’t like to pronounce these things. Besides it is an ongoing process and when the fully conscious gnostic being appears the section of humanity that is conscious enough will know it. Even now, the genuine seekers can feel it in those who are thus gone far into the gnostic realms. But the mind with its conditioning and fixed ideas of what a spiritual, let alone gnostic being will be or should be, cannot perceive even if he or she is sitting right next to oneself.
