AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Recently I had watched a video in which a recent monk from Vrindavan, who appears to have some spiritual awakening. He preaches the traditional ascetic ideals, denies creation as illusion and a bondage, and speaks of liberation in some heaven beyond as the only solution etc. But in recent videos he was seen to be moving in a lavish Land Rover with his disciples. He even takes allopathic treatment regarding his kidney problem. But I can not say anything about it in my surroundings as people around me may get offended. But honestly I think this is a hypocrisy. Am I right about it?🎭👥😏

There was one more video of famous Kanchi Shankaracharya with his disciples showering gold coins over him, and also his so called ‘coronation’ ceremony as well.

Seeing all this a thought flashed through my head that, these people say world is an illusion, they consider stone, gold and soil as equal, they have shunned the world of Maya yet are using all the facilities created by the Maya.

I have also found it a hypocrisy. In fact if you really believe that the world is Maya then there is nothing to preach anything to anyone. The One was, is and will always be there. If there no ultimate reality of individual soul, then whom does one speak to, awaken, and who gets free from the illusory bondage? Most paradoxically to preach inaction by going around the world! But then people hardly think. They prefer believing and hence each one is best left to their beliefs.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

If so, what is likely to stop him from using his power to subordinate less powerful nations, leading to greater global disharmony? 🥸🗺️📌🌄

Trump’s U turn on Iran is clearly a reality check. But certainly the capabilities of Iran has been crippled, even seriously crippled. Iran has to change and this change will be good for the people of Iran, for the Middle East where the pressure for the change is goung to increase. The change is needed for the good of the World as well. ..

Dear Sir, Namaste. In one of your talks, you mentioned that the Mother said that “sometimes it is good to concede to the adverse forces” and then you mentioned its similarity with Judo practice. Please explain this, I did not understand. 🥋🙂🙏🏻🌼🦋

It means that sometimes we enter into unnecessary battles within ourselves on small issues and it is this that the adverse forces use to keep pressing upon and creating a storm in a teacup. Instead we should focus more on the…
