AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Should we always be calm to other people even if they scold us or deceive us? 🙄🕊️🌼

Remaining calm conserves and focuses one’s energies. To remain calm is to grow strong. If practiced well, calm has a great effect on the other person also. People who scold and get angry easily are very weak people. They draw their strength from the reaction of others. If you remain calm in front of them, they are taken aback as they understand you are strong. In fact Calm actually increases your strength and gives you clear knowledge about the right course of action. So even if you have to tell the other person not to scold, say it calmly rather than in anger and notice the difference. Even one can engage in a fight and resist better if one is calm inside.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
