Because of this, conventional relationships have always felt superficial and trapped in societal molds, so I have never entered one. Yet despite trying to rationalize it away, this recurring ideal persists in my heart. As you often say, with the right person, it is magical, but it requires readiness, alignment, and timing. How does one navigate this deep inner yearning with faith and surrender, without succumbing to worldly compromises or fear?
Human beings are not equipped to love perfectly. If you still want to try and learn through hard experience, then so be it. In any case, love is something that happens if it has to happen. But remember, love and demand do not go together. Either one can get the joy of loving by loving someone truly. Or else one can suffer in the hope and expectation of being loved and finding the perfect partner and match.
That is why spiritual calling is greater, because without spiritual growth one cannot really love truly or take care of people around or even do the work given to us in a true way. The more we grow spiritually, the more we are equipped to deal with life in a better, fuller and truer way.
Of course, I am not referring here to the extreme ascetic paths.
With prayers
