AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Sir, I have not that ability, power and courage to do yoga . I am a devoted ‘sangsari’ middle aged woman blindfolded by duties and maya. But I love Mother and Prabhu. I am praying to Maa for the good of my dear once. And that brings shame to me also. I can’t explain my pain to anyone. What should I do? Can you help me Sir?💑💍🧘

Why feel shame for doing what is natural to a good wife and a good mother? All that is needed is to turn your care and affection for the family itself into a worship. Think of yourself as Her child who has been entrusted the work of looking after and taking care of other children of the Mother who have come as part of Her family. Be a good trustee and offer all you do for various persons connected to you at Her Feet as part of your service to The Divine. Turn your love towards The Mother and Sri Aurobindo and share with all around you what you receive from them.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
