AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

The point where the Chandrayaan-3 lander touched down on the lunar surface is named Shiva-Shakti. Could you please explain the rationale behind this naming🤨?

I suppose the rationale given was that the moon is associated with the head of Shiva while the Chandrayan going up to meet the moon is like the Kundalini Shakti rising upward to the head and joining with Shiva. This of course is not exactly a rationale but one of the ways of understanding it symbolically.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
