I have a very problem since childhood and still persist. I start something in a very enthusiastic after resolution but drops it in few weeks or months either because of priorities or lack of interest or insincerity. Its both in case of ordinary & spiritual life. For example I plan to paint or read spiritual books or do some certification etc. How to fix this problem?π ππ±π

This is because the vital is unsteady. Practice equanimity, apply reason to control the vital from jumping from one thing to another, above all, call Peace and Calm to fix this not so uncommon difficulty.
