AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

When I retrospect myself, I see that I lived my life with fear some time fear of exams, jobs, security, family & illness. This fear also helped me to come closer to The Mother for protection. How to overcome with fear?🐍😨🫨⛓️

The antidote for all fears is faith, – faith in destiny and the Divine Mother, that She has a plan for all of us which we need to discover and allow it to unfold, trust that She is there and listens to all our prayers and calls, and the confidence in Her Grace that can pull us out of every difficulty if we remain patient.

Faith and then surrender. Surrender to Her Will and accepting it in our life is the other most important practice to get rid of fears. Fears most often arise from this or that desire, wish or expectation that the mind is anxious about. It is afraid if things happen otherwise. The practice of surrender means one is ready and willing to accept the Divine Will whatever it be, with the faith that whatever happens will be for the best.

The third way of getting rid of fear is knowledge. See the relativity of everything, the transient nature of pleasure and pain. Instead of worrying about these things that have no lasting value keep your mind turned towards things that are of lasting value even while engaged in all activities and works.

Ask the Mother to give strength so that you feel confident to face the challenges of life without shrinking or fear.

When fear tries to knock tell it that the Mother is taking care of everything and all will be well. Remember Her and offer all your fears to Her.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
