AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

When two people who were once in love decide to part ways, what’s the right way to behave afterwards? Is it fair for one person to react impulsively, by blocking, avoiding, and acting like nothing ever existed between them, just because the relationship didn’t work out😢?

Such an outward behavior (blocking, acting like nothing existed) shows that perhaps there never was love from the person who is doing so. The person obviously does not know what love is. Most of humanity is sadly like that. Their love is as ephemeral as the wisp of a cloud. Love is always beautiful, in its parting of ways or the joining. It never blames or complaints but takes all the responsibility upon oneself. These feelings of disappointment may cross for a moment like passing clouds but the flame of true love of born even for a moment never dies.

Well if a partner behaves thus on parting because its expectations are not fulfilled, one should let go and be happy that Grace and Destiny saved you from what never really was love.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Thank you, Alok da, for answering my question from yesterday on a passage of the Synthesis of Yoga. However, I would like to clarify one specific point based on the understanding I shared earlier. Let me take a hypothetical example. Suppose, for a particular individual, the Divine Intention/Will is that he should go through a life of considerable struggle. ❤️‍🔥😊🙏🏻🌼[…]

I understand the difficulty. The Vedas speak of basically two operating systems to which we are subject. The first is when we are being schooled in Ignorance, Avidya. Then we operate through the ego which is actually like a shell within which our true soul is developing from its seed state to a realised divinity. During this phase we are given a…

Mother had a vision of Nagas guarding wealth. Who are these people? Where do they live? Mother asked him, “Will you allow me to enter?” He was guarding so much wealth. She described him as tall and stunning, but he said, “If I allow you, they will kill me. You have to first control the sex instinct among human beings. What is this?” 💎🪙💎🐍[…]

The Gita speaks of the struggle between the forces of the daivi order and the asuric type. Yes, eventually the Divine Will prevails and wins the victory, but before that the struggle and the conflict are there. …

This question is connected to my own sincerity. I find myself in situations where I have to compromise my sincerity and integrity and speak lies for the sake of maintaining my relationships with my friends. I can’t break the relations. But it becomes very hard and extremely difficult for me to be in a situation that needs sincerity and integrity both for me and my friends. 🥀😥❤️‍🩹🫂[…]

Sincerity is a most rare and difficult quality to acquire. Besides it is in relation to the Divine that we must grow sincere. What you mean probably is honesty with regard to friends. If …
