Before sleeping, a thought came into my mind recalling one of your lectures that Sri Krishna also have his individuality. Now lets say, One devotee creates some new unheard or untold or not seen in scripture form of God. Now, God comes infront of that devotee.
When it is said that the soul is neither born nor dies it refers to the Self, the One Universal Self that is ever unchanging.
But Sri Krishna also reveals to Arjun that both Arjun and himself (Krishna) have been born earlier as well (as well as all the other warriors). He is referring to their previous births as Nara Narayana and others. So there is an individual soul that does enter into the process of birth and death by assuming a limited body and mental personality that changes from life to life.
When someone departs, the body is given to ashes or samadhi. Sri Krishna was cremated. The mind and the earthly personality of Sri Krishna continued to influence earthly life and later fused with Sri Aurobindo on 24th November 1926. The individual soul of Sri Krishna is, if we are to believe in his word and promise is there as the Divine Soul guiding his devotees.

FOLLOW UP QUESTION:
But my main question was unanswered.
When devotee worshipped completely new form of God that was never mentioned in our scriptures. For example lets say he worshipped half Dog and Half man form of God.
Now God is bhakta vatsal. He will manifest in that form. Now when God manifested in that form,
-> what about the individuality of that form if God and What about the soul in that form ?
Was a new individuality and new soul created in that form ? if Yes, That means soul(jivatama ) can be created ?

This question is based on a complete misunderstanding of what individuality is. For example gods don’t have a soul. Only those born upon earth have a soul, jivatma. Gods are devas, typal beings, not jivatma. Again i don’t understand why a devotee will worship gods in any form. A devotee by definition is someone who loves his Ishta and is surrendered to him. Why would he want his deity to take an animal form. Of course if he is truly a devotee who in innocence and ignorance thinks God is a dog and worships him as such, surely God can take a dog’s form or any other form. But if the so-called devotee is trying to test or fool around with the Deity the dog-form may be very ferocious and the devotee may run about flying.
Soul individuality is created through a long process of evolution. It is not a random casual event. A higher being taking an earthly form doesn’t need to take a soul individuality. In fact dogs have no individuality. It is only human beings after a certain degree of development that individuality develops. Please read on these subjects deeply.
