AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Transformation of nature seems a long journey, but realizations  had been achieved in past by many. So why can’t in our yoga we focus more on realization compared to Transformation. If so, will the below method will work or some other method & practices to follow? 🐛✨🦋☀️🍁❄️

It is a question of one’s aspiration. Certainly one can strive for the Divine Realisation which is anyways the first indispensable basis. But there are several paths to it. In the Integral Yoga the realisation is sought for by all our being, mind, heart, life and body through the growth of aspiration for the Divine, and the growth of true discernment, bhakti, service of the Divine. There are other paths but they lead to a partial and one-sided realisations from which it is difficult to return to the yoga of transformation which is a many-sided opening to the Divine Mother. What matters most however is the sincerity of one’s seeking and the Grace of the Divine Mother.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
