AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I am disturbing you a lot sir..but hear me out …this is my last question ..I promise …..when will this supramental consciousness come ?? All I see around myself is adharma …no one is following the gurus of traditional yoga and people have made Sri Aurobindo a political figure rather than an avatar by the masses…people are getting intoxicated for looking “cool” and what not ..the population of women smokers have increased…🌟🟡👑⚡🔽

division based on language is happening …all of this is adharma ..why is this happening….when i hear your talks ..you have sometimes said about waiting 300 years …what will happen in the next 300 years

If I were to see it in the light of the writings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother applying my intuition to it, I would say that the following things will happen during the next couple of centuries or even less.

  1. Massive shift in human consciousness leading to a wide, liberal attitude towards life and people. It is unsettling initially but will be the most natural thing as humanity discovers its new rhythms.
  2. Breakdown of all systems, institutions, religious, social, ideological, political giving rise to new, broader, freer and plastic structures.
  3. Technology will reach its vanishing point getting integrated with living systems and everyday life. Things like Time-machines, Thought-machines will be the new technology interphase.
  4. Ways to extend life in a healthy way (not through medical support) will be found with lifespan going beyond 100 and 110 and even more.
  5. Use of pharmacopeia will be replaced by more natural ways of healing and surgery will be replaced with use of light and sound to remove unwanted tissues.
  6. Education will be less confined to institutions and more and more universal.
  7. The world of money will collapse and hard money will be largely gone.
  8. There will be failed efforts towards a World-State by few big powers but eventually this will be replaced by a more organic and free grouping of mankind.
  9. Commune living will become the norm combining personal liberty with unity and fraternity.
  10. Religions will become a Relic of the past. Sects will be there but as baby steps for the advancing spiritual consciousness.
  11. US will return towards realigning with India which will bring in Russia as well bridging the East and the West.
  12. Pakistan will vanish in five pieces. China will implode and Tibet will be set free. England and Europe will change completely beyond recognition.
  13. Islam will be gone after a final Armageddon. Christianity will lose its force. The outer forms of Sanatana Dharma will change and new forms emerge to embody its vaster Spirit.
  14. India is destined to rise and lead the way.
  15. The earth population will reduce to at least one-sixth, mainly due to reduction on birth rate and loss of sexual potency. Of course cataclysms cannot be ruled out and even a mini nuclear war as a run up to final disarmament.
  16. Human body will change in several ways as human beings grow more and more intuitive.
  • Many more things besides. The change has just begun. It will pick up momentum towards the last quarter of this century and then it will be really fast.
  • Amidst all this the new humanity will arise and embody not only the new consciousness but its body will be integrated with the new substance which will make it somewhat luminous and spontaneously resistant to illnesses as well we wear and tear. This new superhumanity will slowly take charge of the earth and replace the reign of present human type. The present humanity will exist but modified and much evolved with a higher, happier and harmonious life.

What you are seeing and what everybody is seeing in ‘dharmasyaglani’ (decline of dharma) as well as ‘dharmasankaran’ (mixing of dharmas) which happens inevitably during times of transition from one Age to another. Let me explain.

Dharma is the Law of Truth which expresses itself in each Age according to the stage and necessities of human evolution. Of course the fundamental truths, shashwat dharma, always remains. But in the unfolding it manifests itself appropriate to each Age. In Satyuga it expresses itself in freedom through the psychic principle in his heart. In Treta it is through the king, in Dwapara through codes, rules and regulations, finally, in kaliyuga when the last rules break down it manifests through faith. What we are witnessing is a breakdown of all man made rules, social regulations which were maintaining a kind of social order. This old order has to go before the new has to come in. The old order was maintained by external pressure of society and the rules. When it breaks then a lot of humanity that was being maintained at a level due to extenal pressure and fear collapses because it didn’t change within. It harboured all the things in its backyard that we see today in the open. These things are now on the surface so that each one can make a free and conscious choice to evolve or to gravitate.

As to the signs of positive change they are many more than that of degeneration. I have a given a talk on the New Creation. One has to see all the changes over a century. More importantly the changes will not be a return to the past but a leap towards the future with entirely new values. Basically it is the Age of Truth when there is going to be a much greater stress on authenticity and honesty rather than on mere external makeovers, outer authority and hypocrisy. Lets put it more directly that the difference then and now is that many people didn’t smoke, drink due to social ostrasization. They were afraid of punishment here or elsewhere due to the concept of sin. That changes nothing though it gives a neat appearance. Now if they don’t smoke or drink it is a conscious choice and so too with everything else. Of course smoking and drinking do not define dharma but just to take an example. So now due to the enormous freedom there is chance of evolution which is what Satyuga is about. Now each must discover the true Law within his heart and consequently rise or fall.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
