AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

In the message you had mentioned about temperament and discovering own goals, could you please explain how can I identify my temperament? I have been trying to figure out -what is it that I have the aptitude for? In the quest, I got an advanced degree and pursued a career in research -it was a decent stint but I don’t think I was cut out for it. I still haven’t quite figured what I am good at or what best suits my personality? Can you please throw some light on temperament and discovering goals.βš–οΈπŸ’§πŸŒ‘οΈβš‘

To get to the temperament one has not to think in terms of job, career, – that comes later. One has to step back in quietude and reflect what touches one most, what moves one deeply, what awakens interest, arouses passion for work. It is the heart that one must consult rather than the head which gives all kinds of logic and arguments and practical considerations. Sit in quietude, pray to the Mother and feel what work stirs your heart the most.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
