I wanted to ask you regarding a specific pattern I find within me. Whenever I get angry, I automatically start crying. There are people who shout when angry, try to prove their point. But me, the moment I start to speak when angry, the crying just starts. I want to know why? What is the reason behind this behaviour?😤😡😭🔥🧨

It is because the vital is a bit weak as well as sensitive. There is a need to strengthen it through regular exercises and deep breathing to calm it. Take up some vigorous sports and take out some time, half an hour every day for asanas and basic nadi shuddhi pranayam.
