AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

A recurrent thought of doing something wrong with someone is haunting me like ‘a bird caught in storms’. I feel as if anjane me hi sahi jo kiya hai maine us insan ke sath – usse kahi uska pura Career na affect ho jaye hamesha ke liye. 😩πŸ₯€[…]

Halaki abhi bhi us galti ka thik ho jana koi bari baat nahi, agar Maa chahe toh. Aur Mai ye bhi janti hu ki ye lack of Faith in Mother’s Grace hai. Par ye thoughts nahi rukh rahe hai, samajh nahi aata ki Mai kya karu.

It is alright to learn from one’s mistakes, to rectify the part if it was done deliberately. But brooding over it is not only not helpful but actually harmful.Β

We need to understand that we are not perfect beings from birth. We are born in the conditions and state of ignorance. It hides from us both knowledge and the power to know and do what is true and beautiful and right. The only thing to be done, therefore, is to come out of this incapacity of knowledge and will so that we are better equipped for the future. All spiritual life is about that. Lamenting and doubting only sap the energy and will further. The right response is to learn and grow. That is the essence of all human life. Those who learn and grow come out of the sphere of ignorance one day. Those who simply lament on the past, brood upon mistakes make things only worse.Β

Affectionately,

Alok Da
