There are no holidays for someone who wants to pursue the path of Yoga in real earnest. Weekdays are a concession given to human nature because of their inability to progress constantly.🌷

Last Night I had a Dream/Vision. I saw a dock, I think it was somewhere in Europe. and it looked old, centuries old. Someone threw me overboard, and I died. I can still see the whole thing! Then I saw sometime before that, also, I had died by drowning. And in this life, I cannot swim! But what I saw, was it a Past Life or just a Dream? 🏊🏼‍♂️🌊😰🦋
