AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Dear Alok da, I am getting very bored this summer vacation. Then I get irritated and angry and see a lot of phone. What do I do? Please help me! ๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿคณ๐Ÿป๐Ÿชด

Seeing phone makes us lose concentration and opens doors to even more agitation. Instead, put down the phone and open your mind and heart to The Mother, calling Her Name, Maa Maa Maa Maa Maa.

Take interest in new things. Learn new things to keep yourself busy.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

My mother daily recites the Hanuman Chalisa (11 times), Durga Chalisa, and Siddha Kunjika Stotram. She learned these practices from an astrologer’s podcast, which also recommended keeping water nearby during the Hanuman Chalisa and later drinking it as prasad. ๐Ÿ“ฟ๐Ÿช”๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป […]
