AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I was in the middle of a dream where I heard a voice saying, “Wrap the blanket properly up to the soles of your feet.” Hearing that voice, I suddenly woke up. Right in front of my bed, a photo of Mata ji was placed. As soon as I woke up, I felt as if a crying sound was coming from the photo and the entire photo was shaking. Why did this happen? 🖼️😶‍🌫️🌸🦋[…]

Not only that, I could clearly see a lot of water (tears) flowing from Mataji’s eyes. After that, Mata ji was expressing various expressions on her face, exactly like a dancer performing Mudras during a traditional dance. This entire experience continued from 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM.

Should I remove Mata ji’s photo from that place so that this does not happen again?

Is this some kind of reaction from my subconscious mind? Or is it a sign from my inner consciousness or Mata ji’s Grace, reflecting the compassion and forgiveness growing inside me? Kindly explain the truth behind this incident and guide me.

These images generally arise from the subconscient. There might be some forces at play trying to create mischief. It is difficult to say where these forces came from or what opened the doors. The Mother certainly does not cry. The seeing of tears and the sound of crying, along with the shaking and dancing of The Mother during a half-sleep state, is possibly the fabrication of certain subliminal energies in the environment. Keeping the Mother’s photo away will only allow freer play of these forces. Instead, I would advise calling The Mother’s Name inwardly and concentrating upon Her Presence inwardly before sleeping. Let me know if the experience ever repeats itself.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

I need to ask you something regarding teaching. There are some students in my class who don’t listen, who are sort of rebels. So whenever you tell them something, either they won’t listen, or they will start arguing. How to tackle these types of students? 📚🌱[…]

There are three main reasons for this phenomenon in adolescents.

1. Partly it is the nature of the Age we live in, an Age of exceptional freedom and equality. Hence the old norms and patterns are gone and none of the old methods such as fear, punishment etc work.

2. There is lack of self discipline in the students as well as the teachers. The more a teacher exercises self-mastery the more he or she automatically exercises control over the students.

3. The subject itself may not be interesting or else presented in an interesting way that connects with the students. One should be creative and try to find better ways of engaging them with interesting examples.

Sometimes I find myself in situations where I have done nothing wrong, yet someone falsely blames or slanders me, and even those in authority seem to believe it. Personally, I do not feel the urge to defend or prove myself by explaining, because it seems to me that the person has already decided their position. 🕊️🌸[…]

Silence is always better when people try to insult you. Speaking up, retaliating over personal insults drags us down to the level of the person who is insulting. We unwittingly identify with the other person and sully our consciousness. ..

1. As we discussed, I haven’t yet been picked up by the Grace of Mother Mirra in any manner that is transparent to me. I aspire and I pray to the Divine Feminine, the Shakti of the Brahman, as my Mother and ask Her for grace and consecrate what I can to Her. Will this do as an entirely parallel or transient gesture until I have a more specific opening to Mother Mira? 🌸🌱🙏🏻 […]
