It’s been more than a month now; I feel pressure in my neck every time I read Savitri, even sometimes when I am simply walking on the terrace or just sitting quietly. Then it started happening daily when I read Savitri; after a few days, the pressure and sensations felt in the head became occasional but shifted to the neck, but the pressure I feel in the neck is quite constant till date every time I sit for reading Savitri. It is the pressure of the higher consciousness trying to open the centres of the Mind and speech. It is a good thing, the sign of descent. You have to simply open your head and below to the Divine, to consciously imagine growing vast until the higher mental centres open and the pressure feels relaxed.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
