AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

The Mother asked not to see each and everything as Divine’s act; it can lead us into the devil’s trap. And obviously, right now it’s not Divine’s reign in this Creation; there are multiple forces, stages, and many other complications, and the direct Divine world will manifest in the future. 😊🙏🏻🪷🌄[…]

But next it’s asked to see Divine in pain and suffering (even scorpion-bites, snake-bites). We read in Savitri (Book 11, Canto 1, Page No. 700) how all opponents and opposites are nothing else but aspects and integrality of the Divine. Sir, please tell me what our correct approach should be towards the world and the Divine.

The first part relates to the manifestation, of things and events as they are developing on the surface. They are almost always a distortion of the Divine Will. The distortion is due to ego, ignorance and desire and the forces of the lower nature.

However, since the Divine is present behind even the darkest and most distorted appearances, these can be changed if, instead of reacting in ignorance to the surface appearances, we invoke the Divine Presence through an aspiration or faith.

To see the Divine behind everything means is to know that the essence of all things is the Divine. This knowledge empowers us in a certain way, for it means that whatever the appearances, however bad the circumstances, the Divine is always present and therefore can turn the worst into best, bring good out of Evil.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
