AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Why do I feel angry and lazy to do exercise? 🤸🏼‍♂️💔😩😴🍃

Anger is simply a bad vibration thrown by people all around. We catch it and start responding if our will is weak. The remedy is to grow strong, strong physically, emotionally, mentally and have a strong will. For this, we must do exercise. Very often, when everyone around us gives all we demand then our will and reasoning doesn’t get a chance to develop. And when the will is weak, we easily get angry if our demand is not satisfied immediately.

Love and blessings

Affectionately,

Alok Da
