What is generally called as charisma is some exceptional ability or capacity that gets reflected through the person’s outer nature. Generally, it is some kind of a vital energy, not necessarily good. Sometimes, rarely though, it may be a kind of intellectual development that attracts others.ย
One should not try to develop charisma. It may be beneficial for attracting people, but it is often harmful to our true growth. It is much better to develop various capacities that can be placed at the service of at least a high and noble ideal, if not the Divine. To try and cultivate charisma deliberately is like trying to cultivate the art of deception.ย
