AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Recently, I had a TMJ problem related to my jaw. After a blood test, there was a vitamin D deficiency, for which I am taking all kinds of medication. But something is incomplete. I feel that I need to know how I can make this body more receptive to Divine Mother’s force so that it may heal properly and become useful to Her Work. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

TMJ pain has little to do with Vitamin D. It is generally due to a tendency to become anxious or clench / grind the teeth habitually. Yes, becoming conscious of oneโ€™s unconscious movements is fine, but more importantly, one should learn to relax. Most problems, including what is generally called as serious disease, respond to cultivating inner peace. Practice some deep inner relaxation and this problem and all others will leave, as they will find nothing to support them. Practice widening exercises and surrender to the Divine Mother and all will be well.ย

Affectionately,

Alok Da
