Right now, I am not able to move much as I am on crutches, and I don’t really gave anywhere to go to apart from my room and the small garden. I want to do at least one day of digital detox. What is the best way to spend my time during this experience, given my confinement to my room?
Listen to music, read, reflect, write with paper and pen, learn something new such as painting or piano or flute, astrology, think, pray, meditate, many more things besides.
Of course since most things nowadays need a phone, one should restrict the use to learning and essential communication rather than reading all kinds of messages, clicking on every suggested YouTube, scrolling etc.
