AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

1. Some people say, “Why are you afraid of marriage and children? They bring joy to life.” But I find this notion absurd. But still if someone chooses to pursue marriage and parenthood, what should their attitude be? And how should one respond to such people’s remark because they don’t understand😏.

If one wants to do anything worthwhile in life one should never give any importance to the opinions of people except those who have acquired true wisdom and sometimes those who really love and care for us.

The attitude towards marriage should be that there is no precooked meal. One is given raw materials. All depends upon how you use it. Love, trust and respect is the basic foundation for marriage. Caring and sharing and support nurture the relationship. Sacrifice helps it to evolve and refine. Giving mutual space and freedom to evolve along one’s own lines gives it wide scope for growth and progress common ideal and goal cements it forever.

2. Is having a child a wise decision while following the Mother’s path?

Well depends upon the aim we place before us. Of course having a child brings joy to the family and for those who seek nothing more than a happy, comfortable life, it gives something to look forward to. However raising the child is quite challenging especially in times as these whence life has become quite complex and there is information overload. A lot of time and energy is required and, if one is a working woman, there is little left for individual progress.

Therefore those in whom the urge for progress has become conscious enough or those who long to pursue a high and great ideal it may not be a wise idea to have more than one child. Of course the presence of a child teaches many things such as patience, tolerance, sacrifice, giving, unconditional love etc but the price for this indirect learning is often quite heavy.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Dada, why do bad things happen to good people? Like, if you are involved in the process of making black money, then you will make more and more, while those who are sincere towards their work and don’t engage in unethical practices tend to make far less money after lots of hard work. 😥💰💔🦋[…]

First of all we must be sure what really is a bad thing. Earning money by dark means is to lose contact with your soul. That is straight road to self destruction. Giving true love to anyone increases the force of love in you. Increase of the energy of love gives natural spontaneous joy. It is not the love that you receive from others that
