Ensure that you are not over-exerting yourself and getting unnecessarily fatigued. A balance between work, exercise and rest is needed.Β
Stay busy, engage in regular exercise, read daily, and cultivate a clear mind, turning your attention away from your body. When fear arises, call the Mother’s Name and pray for Peace and faith.Β
