AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Dada, now I feel a very heavy inertia upon my body. During my sleep, I also feel fear, and suddenly I wake up. Sleep also weighs heavily upon the body, and one feels attacked by fever. What should I do? 🥱😴

Detach from all these feelings, giving them no importance at all. Be indifferent to these fears and inertia and keep pushing your will to work and all the regular activities.

Ensure that you are not over-exerting yourself and getting unnecessarily fatigued. A balance between work, exercise and rest is needed.

Stay busy, engage in regular exercise, read daily, and cultivate a clear mind, turning your attention away from your body. When fear arises, call the Mother’s Name and pray for Peace and faith.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
