AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I have a question regarding our Swadharma. How can we correctly identify the profession that is our Swadharma? Are inner peace, happiness and temperament the only indicators, or is there something else? 😊🙏🏻❤️‍🔥🌻

It is the sense of a deep inner satisfaction, as if you have found and are doing what you are meant for. It is doing something that you are meant for, that perfect fit feeling, which naturally brings one inner peace and joy. Some would call it discovering your purpose. But one should be careful against the intrusion of desire and ambition or the lure of worldly success. Swadharma is the Divine Mother’s impulsion in us. It makes the work seem like play, as natural as one breathes. Instead of tiring, it rejuvenates us and opens the road to our inner progress.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
