AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Mother (Maa) stated an important statement, “Truth cures.”Β Then, if one started living in the domain of Truth Zone, through his actions, thoughts as far as possible, (as the ultimate truth is a vast thing.) Then may he be free from any disease?Β πŸ™‚πŸ™πŸ»πŸŒ»[…]

As I have listened, disease is the falsehood. Then is this falsehood the opposite of truth? What Maa stated? Or else.Β Actually, I want to know the mechanism of the disease. How does it attack the human body? Are there environmental effects? With whom is one staying?

If yes? Then what is the role of the Truth Zone? Is it the weapon that can able to eliminate any disease? (Though an environmental or genetic) How does it help to remain healthy?

One may experience the ‘zone or state of Truth’ for a few moments or even, let us say, practices it in speech and actions, yet it does not automatically make one completely immune from all diseases. This is so for three main reasons.

Firstly, man is a complex entity and while one part may want the truth, others do not want so.Β

Secondly, it is not easy to know the truth. It is covered under many layers of half-truths, lies, self-justifications, and all sorts of things that imitate it. It is easy to believe that one knows the truth, but a great sincerity is needed to know the truth.

Finally, truth has to be seen in its completeness and not in bits and parts.Β

What this statement ‘Truth Cures’ implies is that one is sincere in recognising the wrong movements. It is these wrong movements and contradictory wills that create disharmony and open doors to adverse forces that give rise to illness. Once we set these movements right, then the balance is naturally restored and the lost health is regained.

Most often, it is some fear or greed hidden beneath an illness. This fear gives a signal to the whole body that things will go wrong and the body begins to react in a way as if the illness is already there, with all the symptoms, which only make the fear worse and the symptoms. But this fear implies lack of trust in the Divine Grace, even a denial of the Divine Grace and its power to pull us out of all difficulties. This is the action of falsehood. It attracts what is feared, covers up our faith and even justifies the illness as a punishment or some other reason, thereby strengthening it further. But the real reason is fear, which is due to lack of faith in oneself and above all in the Grace.Β

Yes, there is a role of everything from genetics and environment to wrong habits and attitudes, yet in the end if one can touch the true core in oneself, the psychic being, then one automatically opens to the Grace for which nothing is impossible.Β

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Dear Sir, there is a difference between the Rama of sage Valmiki’s Ramayana (not read, but heard in bits and pieces) and the Rama of Tulsidas’s Ramacharitmanas (read/heard the whole, many times, love it), I prefer Tulsidas’s version. Please share your thoughts. πŸΉπŸ“™πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ»πŸͺ·πŸŒ„

The Rama of Valmiki and the Rama of Tulsidas are the one and the same Rama, except that both see from a different vantage point. Valmiki is a seer straight from the Vedic Age, hence he sees Rama from the spiritual heights. …

I am sorry to say this, but in general, your generation is the most confused gen. It was the first gen where, in general, the majority of middle-class families got their first college grads. In doing so, they left home for studies in urban areas and did services in a modern environment. πŸ‘¨πŸΌβ€πŸ¦³πŸ§”πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ‘§πŸ»β€πŸ‘¦πŸ»πŸ‘πŸŒ·[…]

Personally, I never identified with any generation or the social milieu then or now. I believe one should think independently, reflect, discern and then make conscious choices. Society, then as well as now is always behind

Brothers don’t seek forgiveness or need to express gratitude. That you feel helped and moving on the path opening to Her Grace is reward enough. May Her Grace and Love lead you to your true goal.Β
