I’m flustered to ask so many questions, but when I’m in need, do I call for the Mother or the Lord? 🪷🌼😊🙏🏻❤️‍🔥

They are one and the same. But you have to see with whom do you feel naturally more connected. Though, as Sri Aurobindo himself has stated, calling the Mother is best.

Tapas leads to an increase of energy. Faith in the Divine increases its potency whereas doubt and a sceptic  questioning does decrease it. But there can be a questioning that seeks to understand and know better. Such a questioning may well consolidate the tapas more by giving it clarity of the mind.

To quieten the mind and vital one should learn to live within rather than projected on the surfaces of life, reacting and responding to every stimulus. We should try to practice equanimity in the face of the touches of nature such as heat or cold, remarks of people such as praise or insult, gains and losses, success and failures, pleasure and pain. This is the foundation.
