Normally I read it aloud in the evening and listen to it before sleeping. But i was wondering if I can also play in the background while at work in the office – while still being aware that it is most beneficial to listen to it with complete focus and a silent mind?๐๏ธ๐คโ๏ธ๐โพ๏ธ
Yes of course, the more one immerses oneself in the Divine Name, the Divine Vibrations, whether waking, sleeping, walking, exercising, resting, working, driving, the better it is. That is the direction one must go extending the Divine contact everywhere and at all times.
