I feel very insecure in relationships and friendships. I have a strong need to know every detail about my partner and friends—their actions, decisions, and daily activities. If they don’t share things with me, I tend to fight. I also get jealous when they talk to others. I struggle to understand their need for privacy. I have this thing where I am good at holding conversation, I can talk to people if required. For example to friends, family, professional settings. But I feel silence communicates so much more. I feel talking is fine if the other person requires it, but I feel mutual silence or atleast my silence/quietude is able to express and convey so much more than outward speaking. Does this hold truth? Obviously I don’t want to be a monk and not speak, but I just feel people are missing out big time on the peace and grandiosity of expression through mute conversation or at-least limited conversation. Is this even possible or is it just in my own head? I feel like I’m just conversing due to the other person’s inability to understand my lack of words…so I just do it to make sure they feel cared about. But, personally, I feel conversation definitely has its own purpose and utility, but majority of the time it’s a useless means for people trying to find a way to show friendship, affection, and a means of reassuring the other person of their care…thoughts🙃?

My son who is about 11 have a problem if my husband hugs me or shows affection, he use to do it even as a toddler and we though it was a passing phase but he still does it and not just my husband who is a very gentle person never has he shown any aggressive actions towards me and yet our son does not like it, if anyone out of affection touches me he will scream, what to do Alok da 😅?

I had a dream few days back, I was at this beautiful place it was so fresh, trees were red yellow glimmering and snow was there and there was so much peace and then suddenly a place got filled with rowdy crowd and they started waving red triangular type flags and called then selves mujahideen, I was not at all afraid as i looked at everything as a witness as if I knew the ending of the story, then later I had a lover who was caught as one of them and he was shot dead, even then I was not shocked and was at peace.
