AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Can you suggest me a book written by a sadhak other than Sri Aurobindo and The Mother to understand the practical aspects of integral yoga deeply?⏬✨🧭🌻

You can read books by Rishabh Chand ‘In the Mother’s Light’. There is a good compilation on ‘Practical Guide to The Integral Yoga’ which is also good. There are some books by MP Pandit on practical aspects of the sadhana. There are small compilations in All India Magazine that one can chose from. Best would be go through the SABDA Website Catalogue and shortlist few based on your interest and inclination. But if you ask me frankly I would suggest just read Sri Aurobindo’s Letters on Yoga and Collected Works of the Mother. This is so because the integral yoga is an all-inclusive yoga aiming at transformation of all the different aspects of life. So everything in life including work, studies, games, art, relationships can and should become part of the Yogic practice.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
