That is exactly what I have been trying to tell you, not to go in a haste, to be patient, to embrace life rather than run away from it into solitude and meditation. One has to practice moderation first before one can get rid of these things or arrive at mastery. Best right now should be to focus on discovery of the Divine, engage in some meaningful service of the Mother, read something every day, play some games or do vigorous physical exercises, stay busy, learn new things, avoid boredom and, most importantly think of The Mother as often as you can. Remember Her and offer all your actions to Her. Also, the practice of nishkama karma and cultivating peace and equanimity will help. Self mastery comes through the growth of consciousness and not by fighting and coercing nature with the limited mental and vital will.
Affectionately,
Alok Da
