Dear Alok da why do I get up in the middle of the night? I cannot sleep 😴continuously? 

It is due to fear and we must root it out completely with the Mother’s Help. Pray everyday and ask for courage, faith and fearlessness.

The crow generally symbolise practical cleverness though sometimes they are believed to be communicating mediums between the ancestors and the living. May be they came to bless you and give the gift of cleverness.

I just have one last question related to psychosis. Is it worth trying to analyze the meaning of the experiences that I had during psychosis (whatever I remember)? Or should I just forget them like a bad dream? For years I have been trying to find answers; maybe there are none. 🕊️🙏🏼

There is always a meaning or rather a reflection of certain inner states. But it is difficult to find it out either by oneself or by the average psychiatrist. If one can find the meaning it is good. But the medicines should not be discontinued….
