Supramental consciousness first transforms the inner consciousness turning the mind into a mind of Light, the heart and emotions into pure sweetness, love and joy. It takes away the burden and care of life and turns it into a rhythm of the Divine, an expression of Her Will. It grants health and fitness to the body, ability to repel illnesses and recover quickly. The physical transformation starts at the end, is extremely slow process. One should not seek or start anticipating it but leave it to the Mother lest the ego starts its play around it.
