Does that incidence in Sri Aurobindo’s life signify that He won the darkness if any within him🤔?

It means that as he put his feet upon the soil of India, the darkness left him automatically without effort or struggle. There was no battle or victory but simply the effect of his contact with the soul of India which contains in its subtle atmosphere the divine vibrations released by its ancient seers and tapasvis. This was a gift of Mother India welcoming her child who was to carry the legacy of the seers further forward.
