AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

From many nights, I have not been able to sleep properly, there are just too many dreams, all different kinds. On waking up my body is shivering and is quite tired. In some dreams I am running in those dreams, sometimes there are places that are very scary. In one or two I did even take up a fight in a dream.💭🌜😴💤

I have a habit a of reading Savitri at night before sleeping, I have also kept The Mother’s blessings below my pillow and try to remember her every night as far as my concentration allows. What should I do to have a peaceful sleep and a healthy and energetic morning?

The activities of the day, especially our thoughts and fears determine the quality of our sleep and the nature of our dreams. It is as important to work on them to improve our sleep as it is to meditate before sleeping.

The present dreams indicate that the subconscient parts are spilling over the elements held back and repressed within them. You need to take a look, an open and sincere look as to what is happening within as well as in life. What fears and anxieties are affecting you. Look at them in the face and see how unreal many of them are. We often burden ourselves with things that are ultimately of much less importance than we attach to them. Practice inner detachment, call Calm and Peace and do some vigorous physical exercises. The sleep will certainly improve. You can also listen to some quiet music, Savitri music and let it play in the background as you sleep.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

My Brother, The Forms you had created for our safety have been dissolved by me. I don’t know whether you told me to do so or I took it wrongly for any specific reason or not. How will those forms be recreated, or will we get a better option? Please do something; we are in pain and suffering. 😢🙏🏻🪷❤️‍🩹
