Yes, Ayurveda and Homeopathy or very simply opening to Her Grace are preferable. But one should not be rigid about it since healing is a complex phenomenon and the human body with all the collective suggestions has developed a kind of belief in Allopathy and is less open to subtler, gentler, higher ways.
