AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I feel my teammate lies about her work and doesn’t tell me important things she learns. How to deal with this thing without getting irritated or doubting her. 🏢👨🏼‍💼❤️‍🩹👩🏼‍💼🌄

You can always ask her specific things. There is always a way to cross-check and actually see what has been done and what has not been done. It is not about doubt but simply ensuring that the work assigned to the team is done well and in time. She ought not feel bad about it. Yes, irritation is not helpful. Instead, fix some days to meet together and discuss the work rather than asking suddenly and arbitrarily.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
