AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

I have a Gender question. I have heard that a Psychic Being usually follows one particular line of gender in each life. Why is it arranged that way? Is there something inherently Masculine or Feminine about a Psychic Being that affects this choice?Β πŸ‘¨πŸΌβ€οΈβ€πŸ”₯πŸ‘©πŸΌπŸŒ„πŸŒ·

The soul has no gender. It is the line of evolution it chooses in its journey through nature. In Nature we see the feminine and masculine elements, characterised by dynamic and passive, earth-bound and skyward, intuitive and analytical, inner power and hard strength, creative and ideative, nourishing love and nurturing care, in short, qualities of the right and the left brain, power and knowledge, the heart and the head respectively. The biological differences between the genders are not the main thing. That is only a physical device for the purpose of progeny. But the real essence is the two lines of nature’s play that one finds everywhere. It is difficult to develop both together in the same mould, hence for a long time, Nature allows this arrangement until we discover their essential unity and truth.

Affectionately,

I am not sure how this impression came across that this saying is about gods and deities. It is indeed, as you say, one of the main foundational principles of Sanatana Dharma, yet one of the least understood as far as its practice is concerned. …
