I have had Psychosis and Anxiety for the past 16.2 years. I have had painful periods in the Past. But instead of growing in strength (by facing a difficult past), I have started fearing pain in life (because my difficult past was unnerving). Is this fear and nervousness because of my Anxiety and Psychosis?🌀🤯🌪️🫠

It is because the physical mind and nerves react habitually based on past experience. It has no other way to deal with the present or anticipate the future. It is because the physical mind does not have faith and does not trust the Omnipotence of the Divine Grace. One needs to cultivate these and think rationally. It is not necessary that whatever happened in the past is bound to repeat in the future, especially because one learns and grows, one grows in consciousness and can handle life and situations better.
