AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I seek your guidance on a persistent right-side sleeping preference. Recently, repeated inflammation in the right jaw made me more aware of this pattern. Right-side lying brings calm and inwardness, whereas supine posture induces subtle anxiety. I wonder whether this lateral dominance reflects any deeper energetic or psycho-spiritual structure, or if it is purely mechanical. Should this tendency be consciously balanced, or simply observed without interference?😴💤🛌

There is indeed a subtle difference in the side one sleeps. Even during the day there is a switching between nostril dominance. It is possibly related to the activation of the gross or subtle nerves. Nevertheless it is best to switch sides as both are needed for a harmonious and balanced functioning of the human system.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
