AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

If a person engage himself in sports/ physical activities & some creative activities & also in meditation reading a habit of mother Sri Aurobindo books. Then are there any chance of sperm leakage from the body? Or in these case also this fluid want to seek some outlet path?🧘🪷🐍

Mean what is the science behind this? When a person takes yoga the sperm engage itself in making & shaping of divine body? or some time to time it also want to take an outlet from the body so that new sperm may generate within the body?

Sperms don’t create a new body. They are simply packed energy like a Zipfile encoded to build the present human body. By throwing it out either through the sexual process or subtly through mind and imagination, this potent energy is lost. By conserving it we save this energy that can be used for creative purposes such as writing or still further for higher purposes such as spiritual evolution. When conserved it builds the inner strength to fight illnesses. If thrown out it weakens the system and opens the doors to attacks by adverse forces and various  illnesses. One can understand this through the practice of self-regulation and mastery.

As to leakage, it will happen if one is forcibly holding back the outer release but the mind and imagination continue to indulge.

Best is to stay busy, remain active, avoid boredom absolutely, play some sports or do regular exercises, read uplifting spiritual books and stay away from the company of those who are full of lust and ambition. Rather be in the company of God-lovers and God-seekers.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
