Besides since these prayers are written in identification with the earth nature we can say that She is praying on behalf of all of us, for the earth.
In Gita while revealing the secrets of Vibhuti and even later in eleventh chapter Krishna says to Arjun that what you are experiencing is not accessible even to Gods and Maharshis. And the vision of Vishwarup is not of exclusive oneness where multiplicity is lost but rather there is the totality of world, God, creation, destruction combined.
