Also Alok da, in my experience, being sweet and nice doesn’t help always. People take advantage. Have to safeguard and protect from wasting/leaking energy on people unnecessarily. Drama. Circus. 🕊️🌿

It is a choice each one must make and go through the consequences. The Divine knows everything. What we think or feel about others is not important. Truth alone counts and it is only the Divine who knows it.

First thing first. It is to stop using any label to define or describe yourself. Each one has his or her own unique difficulties and challenges. You have yours. These challenges have to be dealt, each in their own way. For example if concentration and motivation is a challenge then one has find ways and means to augment.
