In Prayers and Mediation, Mother prays, why does she need to pray if she is the Divine Mother๐Ÿ™?

Well this question has been answered by Sri Aurobindo, โ€œThe Mother prays to teach us to pray”.

Besides since these prayers are written in identification with the earth nature we can say that She is praying on behalf of all of us, for the earth.

The truth of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother is that they are human representation of Ishwara and Shakti. Shakti is also known simetimes known as Paraprakriti or the higher Divine Supernature.ย
