AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

My 6 year old daughter has regular temper meltdowns on small small things. No matter how much I try to console her or distract or discipline her it doesn’t work. It feels like she has made it a point to do a tantrum no matter what the situation. How do I calm her down ?

She needs vital education to strengthen and refine it through sports and arts. For refinement give her exposure to good music, classes in singing and art training such as painting. Expose her to soothing colours. She should play some regular sports and do proper physical exercises. But most importantly try to ensure that the atmosphere of the house is quiet and there are no outbursts of anger and excitement.

Affectionately,
