AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

Sir, I overthink a lot. I am not able to let go of anything easily. (Like- chal nahi nahi…. kuch nahi hota hai…. this keeps happening… chill…) It creates a loop situation. Can you explain this? A lot of my energy gets wasted in this.🤔🌀❓🔄

It is an excessive working of the physical mind that acts in a mechanical manner. You need to quieten it by invoking Peace, doing Japa of a chosen mantra or simply Om, practicing a witness attitude, keeping yourself busy especially with activities involving the hands. It is a habit and hence will require a force of will to dislodge these thoughts.
