The subtle physical or the true physical is matter before it plunges into the inconscient. It is less dense. As our consciousness becomes subtle and by remembering Them before sleeping, one can sometimes enter into this domain and meet Them. But it depends entirely upon Their Grace rather than any human merit or process.
