So, Divine Love need not be sought and known apart from the psychic being?
No, find your psychic being and you will understand what divine Love is. Do not try to come into direct contact with divine Love because this will yet again be a vital desire pushing you; you will perhaps not be aware of it, but it will be a vital desire.
You must make an effort to come into touch with your psychic being, to become aware and free in the consciousness of your psychic being, and then, quite naturally, spontaneously, you will know what Divine Love is.

– so my query is “What is the effort needed first to find the Psychic being and come into touch with it or “How to seek for the Psychic being first , apart from the seeking direct contact with the Divine and what is the distinct relationship of Divine and Psychic being, how are these two apart and what is the link “
I can feel something is opening up inside and happening speedily like a flash of lightning.
The psychic being is of the same stuff as the Divine as a wave is of the same stuff as the ocean. It is always connected with the Divine and carries the Divine vibrations within it. The two are of the same essence, one in their difference like the Fire and the sparks, the Sun and the rays. Therefore to be one with the psychic being is to know the Divine in essence though not in all the details and powers and splendours and glories of the Divine.
To find the Psychic being one should practice inner concentration in the centre of the chest on the Divine Presence. The simplest and most direct way to find the Psychic being is love, surrender, self-giving of oneself and one’s works to the Divine Mother.
Reading works of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother especially Savitri and Prayers and Meditations, offering all we do to the Divine, thinking and meditating upon the Divine Mother as well as calling Her Name inwardly in the heart are best ways to facilitate the psychic being in its growth and emergence.
