AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Thank you for this. Would you please also give me a similar prescription to step back and practise being a witness? 😊🙏🏻🌸

Level one:

1) Be a witness to all that is happening outside you.

2) Do not react to people and situations.

Next level two:

3) Be a witness to all that is happening inside you.

4) Do not rush to speak and act pushed by passions and impulse.

Next level three:

5) Discern before you speak or act or do anything.

6) See if your speech and action is going to help or harm the Divine Mother and Her working in you.

Next level four:

7) Feel the psychic nudge in the depths of the heart.

8) Act in a state of inner peace and calm.

Final level:

9) Choose without preference and act without desire.

10) Surrender the results and the actions entirely to the Divine.

The sign would be a growing equanimity in every circumstance and a readiness to follow the Divine Will.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
